Our interns come from diverse educational backgrounds and are seen as integral contributors to our programs and projects. Interning with us will help you contribute to meaningful efforts and develop your professional skills. Our internships are paid and open through out the year. "The summer of 2018 will remain a few of the best time spent learning and exploring something that I've never done in my life and all thanks to ILK! The Acara Program at the Institute on the Environment at the University of Minnesota that ILK partners with gives one the hands-on experience that you usually do not learn in classrooms. I worked with an amazing bunch of mentors and students from the University Of Minnesota, St Joseph's College, Bengaluru & ILK. The program helped me understand and learn more about the real world challenges that we face from various point of views as it was an interdisciplinary group we worked with.
